Langley Homes
Langley Homes is a family-owned home builder serving Central Texas with custom and move-in-ready homes. This project focused on redesigning the company's website to create a more organized and user-friendly experience for homebuyers. As the website continued to grow, organizing content and creating a scalable structure became a key part of the redesign, making it easier for the client to manage homes, floor plans, neighborhoods, galleries, and other dynamic content.

My Process
I follow an agile process focused on creating user-centered digital experiences that balance usability, visual design, and business goals.
1.
Discovery & Planning
Define project goals, understand user needs, and establish a strategic direction.
2.
Content Strategy & Wireframing
Organize content, create wireframes, and build an SEO-focused foundation with AI-assisted content planning.
3.
UI Design
Design a responsive homepage mockup that establishes the website's visual direction.
4.
Development
Build the website in WordPress, optimize for responsive performance, and prepare for launch.
Final Deliverables
This project included content strategy, wireframes, homepage UI design, responsive WordPress development, custom WordPress functionality, and SEO-friendly page structure. The finished website gives Langley Homes a scalable platform with dynamic content management, allowing the team to easily update homes, floor plans, neighborhoods, galleries, and other key information. A custom backend was built using JetEngine with custom post types, templates, queries, filters, and reusable content structures, giving the client complete control to manage and expand the website without modifying page layouts.
